Estimating / Insurance Relations

Our trained estimating staff is prepared to inspect, plan, and estimate the cost of your repairs whether it’s a scratch in the finish or large repairs requiring parts replacement, frame measuring sheet metal, and aluminum repairs. Our estimators are your main point of contact for your repairs and will assist throughout the repair process. Estimators work closely with the technicians through the repairs and will capture any hidden or additional damage that is found during the repair process to be submitted on a final bill. 

Collision Repair

The collision repair process is… Just that!  A process. There are many different aspects that go into repairing a vehicle correctly. Here at Ebby’s Auto Painting and Collision Repair, we make sure every job is completed with safety in mind. During the repair, a technician is responsible for repairing all aspects of the vehicle from plastic repair to frame straightening or replacement to metal work and welding. Our highly skilled and trained professionals are well versed in a variety of different repair methods and techniques including aluminum repair and welding computerized measuring and suspension repairs.  Rest assured our technicians can repair your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. 

Refinish

Our refinishing department has multiple resources available to them including the newest technology released by global refinishing manufacturer PPG has to offer. Some of this technology includes a digitalized camera that can capture the different tints used in a particular color. The refinishing department is responsible for prepping the vehicle for paint along with after-paint finessing to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition. 

Computerized Measuring

Ebby’s Auto Painting and Collision Repair is equipped with the state-of-the-art Car-O-liner frame bench along with 3 different anchoring packages to ensure your vehicle is held in place for proper frame measuring and frame straightening. The Car-O-Liner Vision2 slides up and down your vehicle pinpointing measuring points to ensure your frame is back within the manufacture’s specifications.
